Asus ROG Phone 6D Hinted to Feature MediaTek Dimensity 9000 Plus SoC, 6,000mAh Battery: Details

A tipster’s leaks and the device’s presence on certification sites suggest that the Asus ROG Phone 6D will  release shortly. As reported by 3C Spotlight, two Asus phones with model numbers ASUS AI2203 A and ASUS AI2203 B have been seen on the site, and these numbers are believed to be associated with the forthcoming Asus ROG Phone 6D. The smartphone’s identity has apparently allegedly been confirmed by its placement on the RoHS certification page of the official website. Last month, Asus introduced the ROG Phone 6 and ROG Phone 6 Pro in India.

Recent rumours point to an impending release for the Asus ROG Phone 6D. As was previously indicated, the ASUS AI2203 A and ASUS AI2203 B seem to be two future Asus smartphones that have been seen on the 3C website. Digital Chat Station, a reputable source, claims that these are the serial numbers for the forthcoming Asus ROG Phone.

Furthermore, the source suggests that the device will have a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 Plus processor. A flat 165Hz Samsung Display panel is also likely to include in the Asus ROG Phone . The main camera on the phone will be 50 megapixels and will be a Sony IMX766. The battery capacity of the smartphone is 6,000 mAh, with 65W rapid wired charging compatibility.

You may remember that the Asus ROG Phone was also seen in the RoHS certification section of the company’s website, further validating the model’s identity.

In July, Asus introduced the ROG Phone 6 and ROG Phone 6 Pro to the Indian market. Both smartphones have up to 18GB of RAM and are power by Qualcomm’s top-tier Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. The ROG Phone 6 and 6 Pro from Asus both have 6.78-inch full-HD+ Samsung AMOLED displays that support HDR10+ and refresh at 165 frames per second (Hz). Each of the two smartphones has a 6,000 mAh battery and a triple camera arrangement on the back.
