Hawkeye on Disney Plus now got a trailer after months of anticipation. With the MCU TV series set to premiere in two months. It’s about time we got our first look at the Jeremy Renner-led project.

In reality, the character’s solo journey has been in the works for a long time. Hawkeye is the only original Avengers member who hasn’t had his film, but we’ll be seeing him in action in his series on Disney’s streaming service soon enough. What do we know about Marvel’s new live-action TV show as we wait for it to be formally announced? It’ll be released on November 24, and Renner’s Clint Barton will team up with a new archer and comic fan favorite — Kate Bishop, played by Bumblebee’s Hailee Steinfeld.

Hawkeye has a November 24th release date.

Hawkeye will premiere on Disney Plus on November 24, which is a Wednesday, precisely like Loki. Who revealed the first look image for the program on July 29.

Check out the first teaser for Hawkeye below.

After months of anticipation, Marvel fans got their first peek at Hawkeye’s TV program on Monday, September 13.

The series, which Die Hard and Home Alone heavily influence, is set around the holiday season, as one might expect. Following the events of Avengers: Endgame, we see Renner’s Barton spending time with his family, but it won’t be long until his past as Ronin returns to haunt him.

There are celebratory melodies, a surprise encounter with Steinfeld’s Bishop, plenty of comedic moments, and glimpses of Barton and Bishop working together to defeat some adversaries. We’re shocked at how entertaining it appears to be – but any program that has a live-action Lucky the Pizza Dog is sure to win us over.

Who will appear in Hawkeye?

In Hawkeye, Jeremy Renner reprises his role as Clint Barton, which he has played since Thor’s first solo film ten years ago.

After much conjecture, actress Hailee Steinfeld (True Grit, Bumblebee) was spotted in late 2020, confirming that she will portray Kate Bishop.

According to an interview with Collider, Steinfeld chose to portray Bishop because she trusted Marvel. “Marvel is the one person you can trust. I’m ecstatic to be a member of the MCU, and even more ecstatic to be able to discuss it. Creating this persona and incorporating aspects from the comics and what we know about her past has been a fantastic experience. It’s really thrilling to play a character that is so well-liked by so many people, like Emily.”

Bishop is expected to feature in future big-screen productions, similar to how Ms. Marvel’s titular character will appear in Captain Marvel 2, also known as The Marvels, on Disney Plus.

Alaqua Cox will play Maya Lopez/Echo in the meanwhile. Echo is a deaf Native American in the comics who can precisely imitate the actions of another person.

Hawkeye story: what we know

Clint would train Kate Bishop as a prospective successor was the only legal information we have had regarding Hawkeye’s scheme for a long time. Given that specific sequences were shot in New York, the series is likely to be set there in some capacity. The Manhattan skyline was heavily featured in the show’s debut teaser, confirming this.

However, following the events of Black Widow, we may finally learn more about the series’ narrative, including one of its antagonists. As previously mentioned, Yelena Belova visits Natasha Romanoff’s grave in the film’s post-credits sequence, after Avengers: Endgame (a.k.a. Black Widow).

Valentina Allegra de la Fontaine, Yelena’s new employer, pays her respects. Valentina gives Yelena a photograph of Hawkeye and informs her that he is the man who murdered Natasha.

Given Yelena and Natasha’s tight relationship, it’s probable that she’ll seek vengeance on Hawkeye, even though we already know he’s innocent. As a result, Florence Pugh will almost certainly emerge as an adversary in the future season. Belova is unlikely to stay a ‘villain,’ since we believe Barton will remember what occurred on Vormir. Belova will abandon her pursuit of him.

What will be the number of Hawkeye episodes?

Six episodes will make up the Marvel TV series on Disney Plus. According to a brief TV Guide Magazine write-up, Hawkeye’s program will include six installments (via Reddit user magikarpcatcher).
